This Distance Sales Agreement is made between the following parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER INFORMATION
The person who purchases products or services from the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

The information provided by the Buyer at the time of placing the order shall be taken as a basis.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website (www.foreverbynature.com) in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and total sales price including all taxes of the products/services are as specified in the order summary, and are considered an integral part of this Agreement.

3. DELIVERY

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the period stated on the website, not exceeding 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email at info@foreverbynature.com within the withdrawal period. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 10 days following the withdrawal notification.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated on the website.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the Buyer.

  • Cosmetic products, personal care products, and hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUND

The total amount for the order, including product price and delivery fee, is paid by the Buyer at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.

In case of withdrawal or cancellation, refunds will be made within 14 days from the date the returned products are received by the Seller, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s location shall have jurisdiction.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

By confirming this agreement electronically, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions herein.
