This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Forever By Nature and the individual (“Member”, “You”) who registers as a member on www.foreverbynature.com. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

This agreement regulates the terms of use, rights, and obligations between Forever By Nature and the registered member who uses the e-commerce platform for purchasing cosmetic products.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our customer support.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Forever By Nature or its licensors. Members may not use, copy, or distribute this content without written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice. By registering, you consent to the use of your data as described in these policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forever By Nature is not liable for:

Temporary or permanent service interruptions
Data loss not caused by its own negligence
Actions of third parties or external links provided on the site

8. Changes to the Agreement

Forever By Nature reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website and will become effective upon publication.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes, Marmaris Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
